Fair questions

What trades ask us

How fresh are the leads?

Leads land on your report within about a week of the city issuing the permit — early in the project's life. A new pool permit means the fence is needed in the coming weeks; a new build means the GC is choosing subs now. The ACT tag on every lead tells you when to move.

Where does the data come from?

Municipal public records — issued building permits. Project-level data only: no homeowner names, no phone numbers. Just what's on the public record, sorted so it's useful to you.

Are these booked jobs?

No — they're first-mover prospecting. Real, permitted projects where the owner is already spending money. Work the list (we make that a 10-minute job) and expect roughly one job per 10–20 contacts. One average job pays for the subscription many times over.

What does exclusivity actually mean?

One subscriber per trade, per city. While you're subscribed, we will not sell your trade's leads in your city to anyone else — your competitors can't have what you have.
